Sea glass and silver 3 ways

Create your own stunning sterling silver sea glass pendant using Brighton sea glass or you can bring your own, in this hands on jewellery making workshop!

You don't have to have had any experience with jewellery making before and you will be guided through the processes to help you create your piece. This will be a fun and relaxing session with demonstrations and one to one support when needed. You are welcome to bring along any sea glass you have collected yourself or we will have a selection of beautiful Brighton sea glass ready for you to choose from.

During the session you will learn how to polish and prepare your sea glass to the finish you love, then choose from three stunning sterling silver setting techniques to create your pendant.

Price is £85 per person, minimum 2 people.

During the 3 hours you will

Learn how to polish your sea glass
Try wire wrapping your glass in sterling silver wire, finished with black cord
Learn how to drill and add a sterling silver bail or finding, finished with silver chain
Learn the art of bezel setting, a silversmithing technique, finished with silver chain

Dates, time and location
Please contact me to arrange a date or time that suites you. The workshop is located in my studio at my home for small groups or the function room at my pub The Round Georges, Brighton. If you wish to have the workshop at your location this too can be arranged. Please note both locations have stairs to access workspace.
